- We are a growing family with a VERY OLD HOUSE (exact age unknown something like late 1890's) that has had all of its character and charm removed. We are just starting the renovation to restore the beauty and luster to this house and make it our home. We caved - I confess. We have an AC.
Somehow having house guests in 90+ degree heat just didn't seem fair, but I feel like I've caved in!
